Full Body Relaxation Meditation for Restful Sleep
This full-body yoga nidra-style meditation is designed to be practiced before bedtime or in times of high stress. The aim is to promote a state of deep relaxation. I will guide you through this practice as we release tension and cultivate calm from head to toe. We will sometimes observe periods of silence so you can be present with your mind and body’s response to stillness as you make the conscious effort to soften and release tension. Once complete, this soothing meditation will leave you with a sense of complete mental calm, ready for sleep or ready to face a difficult situation.
